David G. Arst
David G. Arst received his law degree from KU Law School where he served as an Editor of the Kansas Law Review. In addition to his private practice, his legal career includes serving as a Wichita Municipal Court Judge, an Assistant County Counselor, and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for over sixteen years. He is the recipient of the Wichita Bar Association’s Howard C. Kline Award voted on by Wichita Bar Association attorneys and awarded to members who through the years of their practice have exemplified integrity, professionalism and service to the Bar. He is member of the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations where he serves on the bankruptcy committee and other committees. He has been a featured speaker on bankruptcy and related topics and has served on numerous community and civic boards.
Alisa M. Arst
Alisa Arst received her law degree from Washburn Law School. She served as an assistant district attorney then practiced privately for a large defense litigation firm in civil and appellate law. She is member of the Kansas and Wichita Bar Associations where she serves on the bankruptcy committee and has been a featured speaker on bankruptcy and related topics. She is the former Editor of the Kansas Bar Association's Law Wise publication and has served on numerous community boards.
